Please read the following terms and conditions for the service you are purchasing:

Pilates Memberships: Membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 day written notice. Membership includes 4 or 8 (for VIP) private pilates sessions each month (and must be used in that month). Sessions can be changed to virtual or gifted to someone else upon request.

Proactive Wellness Club: We require a 3 month committment and then the membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 day notice. The wellness session cannot be submitted to insurance. The wellness session (and pilates sessions for PWC premier) must be used in that month, but may be changed to virtual or gifted to someone else upon request.

Gift Certificates: May be emailed or printed to give to the recipient. Gift certificates can be used for pilates, wellness, and Physical Therapy services. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year.
