Cancellations: When cancelling a class/ session/workshop within the notice period there will be a 50p admin fee when refunded. This is something I would love to avoid but it costs me every time someone makes a booking. Rescheduling incurs no fee within the notice period.

CLASS PACKAGES: If you can't make a class you are welcome to make the missed session up at any other class I offer over the term ( that has space). There will no longer be refunds or class credits for packages.

PILATES CLASS: If you are attending a Pilates class please fill out the health screening form before attending. You will receive this in your confirmation email. Please give more than 24 hours for cancellations where possible. Individial classes must be used from 3 months of purchase.

HEAT CLASS: If you are new to the class a health screening form will be sent to you, to fill out before attending class

RECIPE PACKS: Once purchased please click on View Gift Certificate to take you to your ebook.

ALL and PT : Please note that all fees are non refundable, unless the session/ course/ class/ workshop/ massage has to be cancelled and then a full refund will be given. Please give more than 24 hours notice for cancellations, less than this and the session will be forfeited.
