All appointments are listed as “Bodywork” and can contain a combination of therapeutic massage, heated stones, Reiki, pain relief and a reset of the nervous system. Before each session begins, we will customize your optimum experience together, by chatting about your specific needs.

Longer appointments (75min/90min/120min) allow time for a deep reset of the nervous system, which most of us could truly benefit from. Please consider a longer appointment if you haven’t had bodywork recently or are experiencing prolonged stress.

If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you on this scheduler, or if you have questions, texting me at (509) 230-7715 is the best way to get ahold of me. I often have more appointments available than what is shown on this scheduler.
