Journey with a coach over four 1-hour sessions to brand yourself with confidence when you know what you stand for and the transferrable skills you have. Session 4: Focus on personal statement
Note that you'd be expected to complete a reflection exercise prior to session 1. Instructions to do so will be sent to you upon purchase of package.
3x (up to 60mins each) Individual Coaching Package
For the goals we want to achieve, we often have to break them down into bite-sized pieces and tackle them one step at a time. Having a series of 3 individual coaching sessions gives you the time and space you need to focus on each step with a coach, explore any barriers you face, challenge any beliefs, create new approaches and stay accountable to your actions and results. In each session, progress towards achieving what you want.
Coaching areas could include stress management, improving relationships, managing expectations, getting the ideal job or promotion, finding meaning, building confidence etc.
