Payments & bookings are required prior to the start of all classes, private classes & personalised Yoga Therapy sessions.
No refunds will be given, they are not redeemable for cash and are non transferrable
Yoga Therapy terms & conditions: All Yoga Therapy packages are valid for 4 months. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment a refund or credit is not available. However if for some reason you cannot attend a one to one Yoga Therapy session and need to re-schedule this can be arranged at no extra costs as long as Kate Mitchell Yoga is notified 24hours prior to the booked appointment. We both have busy schedules, and I take pride in not keeping you longer than planned. We both agree to do our best to start and end each session on time.
