POLICIES:

-To book an appointment for a service, a non-refundable booking fee is required.

-Due to the undivided attention that is required of the artist during the permanent makeup procedure, only the client is allowed to be in the procedure room during the service. Because of the length of the appointment (aside from the consultations, often longer than 2 hours) we don't recommend being accompanied, however, those accompanying you may stay in the waiting area.

-We understand that life is unpredictable and if you need to reschedule your appointment, the first appointment change is complimentary with 72-hour advance notice. If 72-hour advance notice is not given, you forfeit the booking fee paid and to reschedule your appointment a new booking fee will be required.

-No call/No show may not be able to book another appointment.

IMPORTANT REGARDING THE TOUCH-UP AFTER 6-8 WEEKS: The complimentary Touch-up after 6-8 Weeks (Perfecting Session) should be scheduled within 60 days after the initial procedure. The appointment will be subjected to the availability of the artist's schedule. Natural Touch Beautification & J. Renée Brows cannot guarantee a rescheduled appointment to meet the complimentary touch-up within the 60-day timeframe. If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the complimentary time frame, touch up fees will apply.

-Over 15 minutes late for an appointment may be considered as a canceled/no-show appointment and will cause you to forfeit the booking fee.

-If you show up to the appointment but decide to not undergo the procedure, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

PARKING:

Parking is available on the side of the property between the garage and the house on Greenway Road.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable & not redeemable for cash. They are only redeemable for services with Natural Touch Beautification/J. Renee Brows, please chose "Natural Touch Beautification Gift Certificate" or "J. Renee Brows Gift Certificate" accordingly.
