The lucky receiver will get to choose from an in person OR an online (ZOOM) session to RELAX, RESTORE or RENEW.... OR they will get to create a CUSTOM SESSION.
RELAX: Support navigating the effects of chronic stress on the body and mind. Reiki inspired shared meditation and breathwork will together help to activate the relaxation response in the body giving the experience and benefits of deep rest. If online, this session is guided.
RESTORE- Focused and intentional healing, reset and physical TLC. Reiki inspired shared meditation and hand/foot reflexology will together encourage the body to process and move stress a bit more deeply. If online, this session is guided.
RENEW- Healing through guided personal practice. Breathwork, meditation techniques, yoga and movement practice designed assist with the creation a self care practice. This option is best suited for online sessions but can still be done in person.
Please note:
In person sessions are offered in person at a home studio in south east Edmonton accessible 3 blocks from a bus route. The home does have animals. Mobile sessions are available within Edmonton AT NO COST.
