* 10 x face to face 90 minute workshop style classes on 4, 11, 18, 25 May, 8, 15 22, 29 June, 6, and 13 July from 10.45 am - 12.15 pm at Forte Dance Studio, SG11 2DY.
* Tips and short movement/information videos (around 15 minutes) to your phone every weekday.
* 1 x 90 minute private 1-2-1 with me (in person or on Zoom) where you can ask me anything and we will tailor your Core and Floor Reconnect experience to your needs (to be taken before the end of the course) - worth £140.

Pregnancy yoga for core and pelvic floor

Pregnancy yoga and movement April/May 2023 5 weeks

per month for 2 months (£75.00 total)
Each class will include movements to increase strength and flexibility, so your body and particularly your core and pelvic floor are responsive and reflexive ready for whatever they are required to do (carry the weight of a baby and placenta and water, give birth (whether vaginal or c-section), recover from giving birth). We'll release tired and achy muscles, whilst getting muscles that have forgotten they have a job to do working again! We'll also bring in some relaxation to ease the body from the stresses of everyday life. Finally, I believe all of our bodies feel better and function better when we have a better understanding of the way they work. As I'm teaching you a movement, I drop in why we're doing it, I check that you're all working the right muscles and I'll give you ideas of ways that you can incorporate these movements into your daily life.
