Studio policies really boil down to being considerate. I offer a generous reschedule/make-up policy because life will happen. I expect you will likewise be considerate.

Please reschedule online as soon as you become aware of a conflict in consideration of me and of other students who may wish to use your time slot.
If I am unable to keep our appointment, I will notify you via text and you can reschedule online at your earliest convenience
If you are contagious, please don’t come. We can have a lesson via Zoom
If your children are ill, there is dangerous weather, or you are otherwise stuck at home, we can have a lesson via Zoom
If you forget your lesson, there will be no make-up offered unless it was an emergency.
