EARLY CANCELLATION Fees and Charges
I understand that I cannot cancel this membership for the first 6 months.
If I wish to cancel my Membership after the 6 month period, I agree to contact Bendigo Wellness Centre in writing with my intention. I will reimburse Bendigo Wellness Centre $35 per every colonic treatment I had during the subscription period plus $100 administration fee. I understand that any unused CODES will be forfeited and I cannot use them as payment towards the early cancellation fees and charges. I agree to Bendigo Wellness Centre debiting my card for the amount due.
Eg. 6 treatments @$115 = 6x$35 = $210
