I am so excited to be teaming up with Stephanie Brown, Physiotherapist working exclusively in Pelvic Floor Health and a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist to offer Small Group exercise classes geared toward pregnant and postpartum women.
The series of classes will allow clients to understand and care for their body in ways that can help them stay strong in pregnancy, prepare them for birth, and heal common postpartum core challenges. If you want to work closely with a Personal Trainer and Physiotherapist trained in pelvic floor health, to help prepare, restore and retrain your body during the journey of motherhood come join us!

We will work with clients to choose safe and effective strength exercises for each trimester while using exercise progressions and regressions to customize an individual exercise program.

We will prepare pregnant women for recovery and ensure they know the essential moves and exercises to promote healing and core restoration.

We will show clients how pregnancy and birth affect the core while guiding them through functional movements for motherhood.

We will help keep clients safe during exercises when it comes to incontinence, pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction.
