Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things come up however because we run such small intimate classes we're not able to provide you with a refund for your class if you can't make it with less than 20 hours notice. Providing 20 hours notice means that somebody else on the waiting list can be contacted to take your class and ensures that our classes run smoothly.
For cancellations less than 20 hours you will be automatically charged 100% of the class value.
Cancelling and Rescheduling Classes:
If you would like to cancel a class or reschedule it for another time, please use the Acuity Scheduling Client App or go https://goodself.com.au/class-timetable/ and log-in to make changes to your bookings. Alternatively, you can reschedule or cancel your class via the email confirmation that gets sent to you with every booking that you make.
