In addition to the standard Terms & Conditions detailed I am aware that this block of 10 sessions is to be used within 90 days of purchase and a block of 5 sessions to be used within 42 days.

ONLINE LECTURE SERIES.

A link for each week's Zoom lecture will automatically be forwarded to you in a reminder email. These are sent 24 hours before each individual session.
Please note that refunds are not available as you will automatically be emailed a recording of each lecture following the live session.

HORSEBOX HIRE

All bookings are to be taken within 365 of purchasing the package.
If you wish to cancel your package then any bookings already used will be charged at full price and the balance refunded excluding online payment fees. If you decide to cancel your package before taking any bookings then a £10 charge will be deducted to cover online payment and administration costs.

Dates are not guaranteed until booked online therefore early booking is advised. You can change the dates at no extra cost if made with normal timeframes. Please refer to standard Tinderbox Sport Horses - Horsebox Hire - Standard Refund Policy
Packages do not cover any additional charges ie early or late drop off, insurance premium for drivers aged 22-24 years.
