REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Please be aware of the expiration dates of your membership and packages because expiration extensions are not available.

3-class packages must be used in 2 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year. 20 class package is good for 6 months.

There are no make ups for Series and 6-Week Pole Program for Beginners. If you miss a class, you can't join any other classes we offer for make up or you can't carry the classes over. There are no refunds for 6-Week Pole Program for Beginners and any other Pole Series.

IMPORTANT TERMS

Class packages and memberships can not be shared between multiple people.

*After purchasing a class package, membership, or a gift certificate, you must schedule your classes online by using your package.

We have a 24 hour class cancellation policy, 10 minute late policy, and no-show policy. Please refer to our STUDIO POLICY for more information. By purchasing this package, you accept our studio policy.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

By purchasing the membership, you agree that you are committing to a minimum of 2 months of auto-renew payments through the purchase credit card used for this account. This means that on the one-month anniversary of the purchase date, you will be auto-charged for the membership pricing option.

By paying for this contract, you agree to continue on auto-renew for a minimum of 2 months. After 2 months, in order to cancel your membership, you must email the Magnetic Pole Fit team at info@magneticpolefit.com requesting a cancellation. All cancellation inquires must be sent a minimum of 3 days before the auto-renew date, and all auto-renews processed will not be refunded if a cancellation request has not been submitted.

After 2 months, your contract continues with the same auto-renew payments process monthly unless you cancel it. There is no refund on membership payments.

Our cancellation, late, and refund policy apply to membership.

You cannot use memberships to pay for other students that you want to bring to class and pay for. You must purchase a single drop in class for them (or buy them their own class package).

Membership includes 5 regular pole classes that Magnetic Pole Fit offers and one open pole studio time per month. Membership cannot be used for special classes and workshops. Class credits must be used in the same month. Classes do not roll over the next month.
