Specific to pregnant women in 2nd and 3rd trimesters, this 75 minute class is nurturing and supportive and includes breathing techniques, postures and relaxation to help body and mind during pregnancy and birth.

Following a telephone consultation, this class is designed to meet your specific needs. Excellent for anyone who requires rehabilitation from an injury, wants to learn the fundamental yoga shapes, would like help with a specific posture or would benefit from 1:1 teaching.
Class can be recorded if you wish to revisit any of the postures or practice the class again. Recordings are available for 7 days after the class.
