General terms and conditions:

You must complete a Roadmap Session before purchasing this program.
You are responsible for obtaining a GP mental health care plan and claiming the Medicare rebate if you choose to do so.
The treatment program must be completed within 180 days of purchase.

Cancellation fee policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session, the following cancellation fees apply:

The cancellation fee will only be waived if you are unable to attend your appointment due to a positive COVID-19 test.

Change-of-mind refund policy:

This policy only applies to the standard and junior therapy programs (i.e. not the intensive therapy program).
Prior to the commencement of the first therapy session, you may request a full refund (subject to the cancellation fee policy).
After the first therapy session, and prior to the commencement of the second therapy session, you may request a refund, less the first-session fee (subject to the cancellation fee policy).
The therapy program fee is non-refundable after the commencement of the second therapy session.
