It is agreed that the Client:

• Understands that he/she and members of the household must follow the instructor’s instructions without modification, work with the dog daily or as recommended, and consistently reinforce the training being given to the dog.
• Will openly and honestly discuss with Instructor any problem, inability, or unwillingness to follow any instructions, so that instructor and client can resolve these together and so that there are no misunderstandings that may interfere with the dog’s progress.
• Will not use another trainer while working with Freak On A Leash LLC unless agreed upon. Using an unapproved trainer while working with Freak On A Leash will result in forfeiture of sessions without refund.
• Payment is non-refundable and it is owner's responsibility to schedule and attend sessions before expiration date.
• 48 hours' notice is required to cancel any session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session.

It is understood that the training and advice that the instructor will give the client is based on the most current scientific knowledge of learning science and canine behavior. The instructor will use operant conditioning, classical conditioning, and relationship-based education techniques. The instructor adheres to a LIMA (Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive) standard, incorporating the Humane Hierarchy, in canine behavior modification training and will not use any techniques that are intended to cause the dog fear or pain.
