3. This is just for fun!
Find your favorite place in nature or close your eyes and go there in your mind. Place one hand on your belly and one hand over your heart. Begin to breathe deep and slow, and know that your womb and your heart are connected. Notice what your body wants you to know and just sit with that for a few minutes.
