Refund/ Cancellation Policies
Individual Services: As soon as you know you aren't able to keep your appointment, you can reschedule by clicking on the "Change/ Cancel Appointment" button at the bottom of your appointment reminder email. Although we’re not able to offer refunds for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, you may contact your practitioner directly to reschedule.
Classes: Since our classes are in-person events, we require a 48 hour notice to issue a refund and open the class spot back up to the public. If your class is a series, the same 48 hour notice applies to the first class date. We understand things come up and don’t always allow for our 48 hour notice requirement. We’re not able to offer refunds with less than 48 hours notice, but we’re happy to allow a friend to take your spot. Email learn@meridianiw.com and let us know who’ll be attending in your place. Our class schedule changes monthly and we don’t offer credits or class transfers.
