There are no refunds for unused sessions
Sessions must be cancelled with 24-hour notice
Sessions cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee
Clients that are late to a session forfeit the time missed
Clients that are more than 15-minutes late, without notice, forfeit the entire session
Clients will be trained one-on-one with their assigned coach
Other clients and coaches may be using the gym at the same time
