ON TIME ARRIVAL
If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we will do everything possible to extend the time and give you the full amount of time on your appointment. However, if there is another appointment following your service, we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid credit card is required when booking your appointment but it is not charged. It is used only to reserve your appointment time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.

Same day cancellations and no show appointments will result in 100% charge of the originally scheduled service.
