Here is some important information about scheduling a subscription with us:
Once you have signed up for the subscription, your first email will be your "Order Receipt". Just below your name and information will be your SUBSCRIPTION DATE, meaning this is the day of the month that you will have signed up on, though going forward your subscription charge date will be on the 10th of the month (more information on that below). NOTE: this is NOT the class date.
To find your class date and time* you will need to click on the Blue hyperlink labeled "Schedule" in the Order Reciept email. This will take you to the screen where you will schedule in to your class date and time. (*All classes are at 10:30am PST unless marked otherwise),

This is a critical step for you to make the allotted time AND for us to be able to email you the links for replay. So even if you cannot make the class in real time, please help us to keep our email list in proper order so that can we can get you your links for later viewing.
Each month Acuity will auto generate a payment receipt that will include your class information, links, and your unique login in code for that month. You will need to sign up each month for the class date/time.
*For the Frequency Exploration Classes ONLY: In the linked Facebook group "Frequency Exploration", we will announce the dates/time of the upcoming coaching session and choose volunteers who are available at those times. This live coaching session will be recorded and sent out via email to the group as well.
Now on to other more mundane matters:

Any cancellation made prior to 24 hours of the session, online class/event, or package start time will be happily met with a full refund or reschedule as follows:
Reschedules are available up to 24 hours in advance of the session, online class/event, or package (referred to collectively as "appointment" from here on), subject to availability. All reschedules are based on availability, if any.
If the client is more than 30 minutes late to an hour long appointment or 15 minutes to a 30/45 minute appointment, services are considered rendered and the time remaining is considered void. No refunds or reschedules will be given.
*FULL REFUND AVAILABLE FOR SESSIONS AND ONLINE CLASSES. WITH MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN BY CLIENT
PACKAGE REFUND SCHEDULE, FOR $500 PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE THREE (3) SESSIONS:
*Before 1st appointment- $500 Full refund (with 24 hours notice)
*Before 2nd appointment - $300 Partial refund (with 24 hours notice)
*Before 3rd appointment - $100 Partial refund (with 24 hours notice)
*The same cancellation and reschedule policies apply to packages as stated above. Reschedule when needed.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION IS UP TO CLIENT. If you have any questions or need help, contact us and we will help as best we may. Refunds of current months subscription available BEFORE monthly class airs. Partial refund for the month available after class but before the coaching session for $11. After the class and coaching sessions, no refund for that month will be given, only cancellation for future charges.
Also for Subscriptions, please note the following:
REFUND POLICIES PARTICULAR TO IN PERSON EVENTS, IN PERSON WORKSHOPS, AND ALL RETREATS
*For in person events and workshops, 15 days notice must be given for a full refund. No partial refunds available.
*Retreats require a 30 day notice for full refund and a 15 day notice for a refund of 1/2 the ticket price. Deposits are non-refundable.
