**We now require a non-HSA/FSA card on file for booking. We will only charge this card for a "no show" appointment or non-emergency late cancellation.

We require a minimum of 24-hours notice for canceling or changing an appointment. For non-emergency late cancellations, you may be charged a fee equal to half the visit fee. For missed appointments (“no-shows”), you may be charged the full visit fee.

You can reschedule or cancel upcoming visits through your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. We try our best to help you avoid fees by using an appointment reminder system. Please understand that remembering your appointment is your responsibility. We promise we’ll respect your time in the same way.
