Individually booked coaching sessions must be paid for upon booking. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your coaching session you must do so 24 hours in advance or the session will be considered a completed session.

Once you have registered for one of my programs and selected to pay for it via monthly installments (subscription model), you will be charged the first payment immediately. This payment begins the monthly charge cycle straight away and will automatically charge you on that same date the next month.

PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• After you purchase a package a code will be generated for you to redeem for appointments and also a link for you to schedule your appointments.
• The code or email used to purchase is needed to redeem appointments on a package.
• The unique package code is included both on the final receipt page after purchasing, and in the email, along with a link to schedule the appointment in both.
• When a code, or email associated with a package code is used towards an appointment, it will deduct that appointment from the balance of your package.
• After you have used up all appointments on your code, your code will become invalid.
• When you are scheduling an appointment you can enter a code on the second page right before paying or on the payment page. This will also remind you if they have any codes you can redeem for this appointment based on the email address you entered.

Cancelation Policy: If you wish to cancel your subscription please submit this request in writing to support@teresasabatine.com. Once you book each session you will be able to reschedule 24 hours in advance. A less than 24 hour notice cancellation will be considered a completed session and you will lose that session for the month.
