Your appointment is only for yourself and thus cannot be shared or split with another person.
If you are not in the United Kingdom, you will ensure you select your own time zone when you are making your appointment otherwise, the default option is set for the United Kingdom, where Tony lives.
If you are late for your appointment, due to Tony's very busy diary, it cannot be extended past the scheduled time.
If you fail to show up for your appointment, no refunds or credits will be given.
You confirm that you will ensure you have a strong enough internet connection to be able to connect with Tony over Zoom.
Should you decide to cancel or reschedule, you must do so within a minimum of 72 hours. A full refund will then be issued.
