A prenatal massage is for any woman in their 1st trimester (yes, it's safe) through their entire pregnancy, including past the expected due date, as long as there are no complications (pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, placental abruption). Only 60 minute treatments are recommended for prenatal clients.
A postpartum massage is for any woman who is postpartum up to 3 months and isn't experiencing complications (abnormal bleeding, c-section infection, etc).
