Our Pilates New Client Pack is only available to brand new clients of ReFLEXions Pilates Studio (or existing clients who haven't done any Pilates sessions at ReFLEXions)
Valid only once per client
All credits must be used within 14 days of first visit
This pack is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash.

The client acknowledges that ReFLEXions Pilates may either close or reduce hours over long weekends, over Christmas, New Year and Easter this will not affect the package expiry.

SESSION PACKS TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 4-hour cancellation policy applies to all clients. If a late cancellation or no show occurs, one of your sessions/appointments will be deducted from your package.
No shows will be deducted from your pack
All credits must be used within 3 months of purchase for packs of 10 and 6 months for packs of 50 from date of purchase.
ReFLEXions Pilates Session Packs are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash.
The member acknowledges that ReFLEXions Pilates may either close or reduce hours over long weekends, over Christmas, New Year and Easter this will not affect the package expiry.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Under membership plans you authorise payments to ReFLEXions Pilates Studio via Stripe. These payments will be debited from a credit card or direct debited from your bank account.
A minimum of 6 months apply for each membership.
ReFLEXions Pilates Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash.
A 4-hour cancellation policy applies to all clients. If a late cancellation or no show occurs, one of your sessions/appointments will be deducted from your Membership.
No shows will be deducted from your Membership.
To cancel your Membership (after the initial 6 payments) you must give written notice with a minimum of at least 7 days before the next Membership payment is due to come out for us to be able to cancel it.
Your monthly payments may sometimes decline because of card problems, security reasons or funding issues. If this occurs we will apply a small fee of $5.00 to your next payment to cover the costs of resolving the payment decline.
Membership can be put on hold for a maximum of 2 weeks for every 6 months

GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any cancellation made within 4 hrs of scheduled treatment will reduce the full amount of the session from the Gift Voucher
Failure to show up to an appointment will automatically void the Gift Voucher.
We will accommodate any request for change of treatment (other than the one specified on the Gift Voucher) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
The Gift Voucher number must be presented on the day of treatment/ appointment.
The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from date-of-purchase.
The Gift Voucher is non-refundable.
The Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other on-going promotion or offer.
Health fund receipts are not available for gift voucher purchases.
Gift cards cannot be used to claim a rebate with your health fund.
ReFLEXions will not bear any responsibility for (electronic) delivery delays caused by malfunction or technical problem encountered by customer's email system, which may result in the untimely delivery of the Gift Certificate (e.g. spam mails, virus, etc.)
ReFLEXions reserves the right to cancel/ void the Gift Voucher should any of the above terms & conditions fail to be met.
