Studio etiquette noted below - so everyone has a fabulous workout! Once you purchase your membership, please allow 24 hr for us to get back to you with the door code.

Please stay home if you feel unwell.
Sign in at the reception desk with first and last name.
Please wash your hands upon arrival and before leaving.
Bring a pair of clean, indoor workout shoes for your Studio workout.
Wipe down equipment and mats as you go with the coloured clothes provided in the baskets.
Towel service is included in your membership. Please use white towels for your body/face only:) Not the floor or equipment:(
Please be respectful of others when choosing music, TV and volume levels.
Before you leave: lights off, windows closed, stereo off.
Lock the door on your way out.
