I can confirm that I have fully read and understood the terms and conditions as set out by The Pregnancy Emporium.

EVERYONE MUST complete payment and all relevant screening prior to attending clinic or classes. Your screening form link, shows just after purchase on the confirmation page. Please ensure you complete this as soon as your booking has been made. The Pregnancy Emporium have the right to refuse attendance of anyone who has not been screened, in the interest of health and safety and in the event a midwife or doctors letter is needed.

CLASSES & ACTIVE CLINIC SESSIONS- I understand that all appointments and classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until my appointment has been booked, screened and paid for. For the health and well-being of everyone I understand that I must not attend clinic sessions or classes if I am unwell and that treatment can and will be refused should I attend unwell. I understand that all clinic sessions and group classes are now back in clinic however, may have to be taken online in the event of any health issues or unforeseen circumstances. I understand that The Pregnancy Emporium will be doing what is best for all involved, therefore I agree to online classes, in the event of this happening. Discretion may be used in sensitive circumstances and will be done so as and when needed.

TREATMENTS- Payment is taken on booking for any classes or clinic session, I understand that I must complete my screening form on purchase of any treatment or service, this is needed so it can be checked over in full ahead of my treatment being completed. I understand that I must disclose any illness, injury and any other health information that may be relevant to my treatment or class. The Pregnancy Emporium has the right to request midwife or doctors consent for treatment if this is necessary and for the safety of everyone involved, this will be done so if flagged when we check your screening form. Failure to complete this at the time of booking, may result in your treatment being postponed until all relevant information is gained. 48 hours notice must be given for any movement or cancellations for my treatments. Anything less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

PATHWAY SUBSCRIPTIONS- On joining the pathway subscriptions, I understand that this is a monthly subscription, until cancelled with one months notice. I understand that I must keep The Pregnancy Emporium fully informed if any if my medical information changes. I will be booked in by The Pregnancy Emporium for my allocated sessions within the pathway as my payments are made and all necessary treatments will be carried out as needed for my recovery or rehab. For the exercise and release sessions, I understand that these sessions are online, unless otherwise stated, and that I am accountable for attendance of these to support my recovery. If The Pregnancy Emporium have to change any session dates, these will be compensated with other sessions online, or via pre-recorded content. I am responsible for completing all homework given including massage, classes and any other rehab advised. I must give 1 month notice to terminate my subscription so that a final plan can be written along with a closing assessment of my current state of recovery or rehabilitation.

BUMP CLUB MEMBERSHIP - Pregnancy class memberships are new to 2024 and hold limited availability in certain classes. The Bump Club Membership is on ongoing membership. This can be joined when you have had your first NHS dating scan (at 12/13/14 weeks) AND are over 12 weeks pregnant. You will be required to complete a screening form ahead of any classes and will be supported throughout your journey by Janine, Midwife Karen and other practitioners.

LOCATION- Due to a current leak in our studio roof, Monday Pregnancy Exercise and Thursday Pregnancy Yoga will run online via zoom. Tuesdays Pregnancy Yoga will run from Crescent Yoga. As soon as we have the green light, Monday and Thursday will be back in our beautiful studio at Jens Academy of music.

These places are non- refundable, non-transferrable and are only for the attended membership holder. All classes run term time only, during half terms, online movement homework will be given to you. In the event of any classes being postponed, cancelled or rescheduled by The Pregnancy Emporium, The Pregnancy Emporium will add a class in its place, either in person, online, or via a recording, depending on instructor availability. This membership is open from 12 weeks and first NHS dating scan, to 8 weeks postnatal. Postnatally you will be supported with a birth debrief, initial rehabilitation support in group sessions, both in a private group and face to face with Janine and Midwife Karen. Monthly sessions will be scheduled for postnatal recovery support. To cancel this, 1 months notice must be given to ensure we can schedule you into the correct sessions for your membership.

BABY CLUB MEMBERSHIP- Class Memberships are new to 2024 and hold limited availability to classes. The Baby Club Membership is a 6 month progressive class journey and I understand that I will have access to one of those bespoke spaces. These places are non- refundable/ non-transferrable and are only for the attended membership holder and their baby. To cancel, you must give 1 months notice, to allow completion of the block currently running. In the event of any class having to be postponed or rescheduled by The Pregnancy Emporium, The Pregnancy Emporium will add a class on, in place, to ensure no classes are missed in your bespoke block.

I will keep The Pregnancy Emporium up to date with all medical information about myself (and baby if needed for baby classes), and honestly disclose any information needed to enable Janine and other practitioners to fully support me.
