10 Week Program - Couch to 5km (3 sessions a week)

Go from your couch to 5km in just 10 weeks, 3 times a week.

We are aiming for one of the 5km-6km runs at the Harmony Marathon event on the weekend of the 11th of May 2019. Would be great for us to train and run one of the categories together or as a team in the relais. Lets see how we all get on.

The next set of classes starts on the 25th of February. Classes are limited to 10 people so reserve your spot.

We run 6 week structured training programs with optional fitness test at the end to see your progress.

Body Weight Classes Monthly Subscription (2 classes a week)

This is a monthly subscription for 2 of our body weight classes a week. This subscription will automatically renew each month and can be cancelled at any time.

Body weight classes are 45 minutes long and consist of a mix of exercise modalities using your body weight. You will gain flexibility, increase your capacity to move in all planes of movement and get stronger to comfortably cope with exercises ranging from squats, lunges, pushes and pulls, twists and bends. Class sizes are kept small (max 6 people) so you can still benefit from individual instruction from experienced trainers.
