CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY: You can cancel or reschedule any lesson online as long as you do so 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment. Any lessons that are not rescheduled or canceled will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund. A courtesy call or text to your instructor is still appreciated even if you aren't able to cancel or reschedule, and your instructor may occasionally be able to accommodate a last-minute emergency reschedule but is not obligated to do so.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS: For those selecting the Weekly Billing option, your card will be charged on the same day of the week as the day you sign up. Any canceled lessons will be automatically be stored as a lesson credit unless a refund is requested. Please email info@SDCommunityMusic.org to request a refund. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time by following the “Change/cancel subscription” link that will be emailed to you each time a payment has been made or send an email to info@sdcommunitymusic.org,

If things aren't working out, please send a confidential message to our director at info@sdcommunitymusic.org and we'll either give you a credit for a free lesson with another teacher and/or refund your current month's subscription (not including any past rollover credits).
