Monday: we honour our bodies and the journey they embark on holding space for your new arrival(s). A strengthening and nurturing hatha flow practice allowing you to connect with your body, breath and your baby. Rounded off with a relaxing Yoga Nidra to rest and restore as your body demands so much more from you during this special time.
This class is suitable for mum’s who have had their 12 week scan. It is advisable to consult your health care professional before you embark on any exercise whilst pregnant. Save £7!
Tuesday: A consistent commitment to rest. Yoga Nidra is a special place somewhere between awake and asleep where you become aware of your consciousness. It's where deep healing of our body and emotions can take place. This practice is an opportunity to slow down, tune the world out and turn inward. The practice is guided by my voice which is designed to keep you rooted in the present.
