Our Mama + Mini Matwork Pilates class is here for you this summer. This functional matwork session is specifically designed to support and rebuild your body after birth.
Bring your little ones along or enjoy some solo time— 4yr old limit for minis. Just make sure to pack some entertainment to keep them happily occupied during the class.
