How does gift certificate work?

How To Purchase
Gift certificates are available for purchase from the Gift Certificate page. Please remember to enter your email address at checkout! Do not enter the other persons email address during checkout or they will receive your order confirmation. We want it to be a special surprise directly from you!

How To Redeem
The gift certificate code will be written on the certificate in the email notification or on the printed gift certificate. Enter the gift certificate code at the top left, before you begin the checkout process. Click "Apply Code" to make this field appear, enter your gift certificate code, then click "Apply" to deduct the coupon amount from your order total.

How To Give?
For email gift certificates, enter your email address during checkout so you can receive the email confirmation. In the confirmation email, click on the "Send it to a Friend" link. You'll be given the option to either print out the gift certificate and give it to the recipient -OR- enter their email address and have the gift certificate emailed to them.

How long are the gift certificates good for?
Gift certificates do not expire!

Can I use the gift certificate again?
No, it is only used one time for any service.

Are the gift certificates refundable?
No, all gift certificates are non-refundable.

Will I be sent a physical gift certificate?

No. The gift certificate codes are sent via email, but they can be printed.
