Rescheduling & Cancellations: Our official policy requires 24-hours notice to reschedule appointments. But we know that life (and work) happen, and will make a good faith effort to accommodate if you need to reschedule. For monthly billing, please see the terms and conditions for cancellations. We're sorry, but we can't issue refunds for coaching that has already occurred, pre-paid packages, gift certificates, and canceled or no show appointments.
