TERMS & CONDITIONS

All package deals/gift certificates must be fully used within 6 calendar months from the date of purchase.
Packages/Gift Certificates must be paid for in advance.
Package/Gift Certificate lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lesson Cancellations & Makeup Classes

All lesson cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled lesson is due to start. We will reschedule lessons in these cases.
All cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled lesson will be forfeited unless there is a sudden case of illness or an accident. We will allow 'free' 1 absence per year for any late cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any classes cancelled by Aspire Music will be rescheduled.
Ensure you arrive on time to your lesson as teachers will not be able to go over time to make up any missed time. Although if the teacher is late, they will go over time to make up the lesson.
