VIP Scheduling:

1. It is mandatory that you sign up for the mailing list in order to receive your email notifications for VIP Scheduling

2. First month of membership payment is due at the time of sign-up and to follow the 1st of each month, to the card provided

3. Cancel whenever you wish. (Return to email notification from payment and select change or cancel subscription)

4. Rates are non-refundable

Diva Package Policies/Procedures:

1. Rates are non-refundable

2. First month of membership payment is due at the time of sign-up and to follow the 1st of each month, to the card provided

3. All appointments must be booked through admin before monthly booking opens

4. All additional services are al le carte (for example: trims, haircuts, chemical service, etc. are not included in package deals)

5. Packages cannot be paired with other salon promo/discounts for payment

6. There will be a 3 month term for your Diva Package

7. If membership is granted after the first of the month, payment for that month remains the same (no pro-rates)

8. Clients are not able to switch between plans, once signed up unless current package agreement is complete.
