1:2:1 Yoga is great for working specifically to your needs and goals, whether that's flexibility, strength, meditation or general wellbeing. Over 10, one hour sessions, we will aim to help you build a healthy relationship with your body, mind and soul.

Once booked, we will discuss what you want to gain from the sessions and I will tailor the sessions to meet those needs. You will receive a code which you will need to keep in order to book your individual sessions.

This package is for five Natural Lift Facial Massage treatments.

Please consult your GP or prenatal care team for advice and approval.

This booking is for a 2 class pass. Use your class pass to join Sophie's Online Yoga Flow Classes, from the comfort of your own home.

Flow through a carefully sequenced set off Yoga Postures, Breathing techniques and meditation, helping you to find a moment of calm and grounding during this uncertain time. A slightly faster paced class known as a moving meditation to help bring you into the present moment and fully concentrate on your physical movements and breath.

All levels are welcome - Options and modifications are given and you are encouraged to take the option that works best for you. Take breaks when you need to and look after your body. Remember - Flow or Vinyasa isn't everyone's cup of tea, and that's ok!
