If purchasing School Year or Semester Package, I, the Client, agree:

1. I have previously signed the current Client Agreement.

If purchasing Summer Packages or Courses (including Middle School 101, College Prep, College Prep Express, and Empowered Summer Mini and Standard Packages) I, the Client, agree:

1, I will use all sessions prior to July 20, 2023. I understand that after that date, sessions expire and may not be rolled over in to the school year.

2. I acknowledge that no refunds are granted for unused summer sessions or cancelled packages.
