A slow yoga flow to warm up the muscles and joints will allow for easier movement daily and encourage health muscle memory while improving range of motion. With a dual Licensed Massage Therapist as your Yoga Instructor, in a small group setting, you can feel comfortable and confident moving your body out of pain. Through our guided stretches and strengthening of the soft tissue, we will use blocks and straps to aid in posture. Pre-registration is encouraged so the class will be created with YOU in mind!
