Refunds for packages where no sessions have yet been taken:

- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund should you decide not to proceed with your package.
- Refunds will consist of the full fee you have paid.
- Your fee will be returned to you within 7 days of receiving notice of cancellation.

Refunds for packages where sessions have taken place:

- Once you have taken one or more of the sessions of your package, no refunds are available.

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment after booking and payment the following terms apply:

- Up to 72 hours before your appointment, you may independently use the booking calendar to rearrange your appointment.
- Less than 72 hours before your appointment, or for appointments not attended, the session will be deemed as taken as part of your package.

- By making the payment for your package, you indicate your agreement to these terms.
