If payment is not received after 60 days it will result on the automatic cancellation of your membership. A penalty fee of $70 will be added to your last bill.

If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your 12 month term, we require 30 days in advanced to cancel your membership. You will be charged $70 cancellation fee and $70 charge for the "Add On" facial service resulting in the loss of the Free Upgrade and $3.50 transaction payment fee.
