While we strive to accommodate your schedule, this may not always be possible once the schedule is finalized for all guests. -Discounted Services: Enjoy a generous 50% discount on all additional vajacial and underarm wax services as a member of the Platinum Brazilian Club. Please note that this discount does not apply to facial or other wax services not listed above. -Appointment Policy: Your monthly membership fee will be drafted from your account on the 1st or 15th of each month. If your payment is declined, there will be an additional $25 fee. If you book an appointment and do not show up or cancel outside of the 48-hour window, that will count as your Brazilian for that month, and you will have to pay the nonmember price for your Brazilian in that month. Should this occur twice, membership to the Platinum Brazilian Club will be revoked, and future appointments will not be permitted. -The services included in this package cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. -The 25% off discount for referred clients cannot be used by the same person more than once. -Gifts can only be obtained at the end of the year for members who have maintained their membership for a minimum of one year. -Cancellation requires written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle -Credits do not roll over until next billing cycle and need to be redeemed monthly -We reserve the right to cancel, change, or revise policies and will provide members with a notice 60 days before implementing any changes. -We reserve the right to terminate the membership program and will provide members with a 60-day notice in such circumstances.
