Let's get a move on your movement goals and join our small group Low Intensity Interval Training Sessions. You'll move your body in a fun and safe way that will help to boost your energy level, build stamina and lower your resting heart rate and blood pressure. We'll be using exercise that keeps your body working at a consistent level with short periods of work and rest. You work at your own pace and build up your fitness level slowly and safely.

With this package you also receive a Personal Consultation to assess your fitness level, and set some goals for the next 6 weeks and complete a movement screening so we start you at the right level.
