This literally has the power to change your life as we work to improve both your physical and mental health!! Healthy mind, healthy body.
During your 6 weeks, you will have a one hour training session with me where we will focus on your body, how it moves and how we can increase your strength, mobility and fitness. We will also have a 30 minute phone call per week where we will discuss your sleep patterns, stress control methods and nutrition. I will ask you to fill out a food diary (either on paper or with the use of an app) and we talk about this during our call. Are you ready?
6 sessions 1:1 Movement Package
Ready to feel how amazing movement can be? During our sessions I will be teaching you techniques to stay with you in your everyday movement to help keep you strong, supple and pain free.
You will learn how to use your core and pelvic floor to help improve symptoms of a weak bladder, poor posture, back pain, pelvic pain and generally feeling 'not strong'.
