PACKAGES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (including GIFT CERTIFICATES)
Package services will need to be paid in full at booking.
A convenience fee of 3% will be added and due at your first appointment and need to be paid in cash at first appointment.
To avoid the convenience fee, please call/text the clinic on (916) 272-6338 and pay the full package with cash/direct transfer (such as Venmo, Zelle, PayPal Family & Friends).
If you decide to cancel your purchase/appointment at any time, the amount of $100 will be deducted to cover the loss of booking and administration fee. Please call the clinic to arrange refund of the balance.
We do not offer refund on services rendered.
We do not offer refund on packages that have been partially used.
We do not offer refund on gift card and packages after 30 days of purchased date.
Packages/Gift Certificates valid for 12 months.
We have the right to reschedule your appointment or refuse treatment, if the technician sees fit.
Your booking fee will be forfeited if you fail to show up to your appointment.
A surcharge of $30 will be applied for any Sunday booking. Appointment is available from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday or as agreed by owner.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Cancellations or changes need to be made 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment. You will be able to change/modify the appointment yourself online or contact the clinic for assistance.
