These prepaid minutes are part of a discount program designed to make my massages more affordable for individuals and families.

I understand that this package is NON-REFUNDABLE.
I understand that I will receive a total amount of minutes (depending on package) of massage time to be used within a period of one year unless noted otherwise. These minutes expire within one year of the issue date unless noted otherwise.
If I fail to use the prepaid time by the expiration, this package will become null and void. Every effort will be given by the therapist to help me schedule my appointments in a timely manner to avoid default.
Should the scheduling fail due to the fault of the therapist, an extension will be authorized.

Program Packages are designed to facilitate positive change in your life and health. The time limits are designed to inspire individuals to follow through with the program to achieve the results they desire.

I understand that this package is NON-REFUNDABLE.
I understand that I will receive a designated amount of sessions for a set dollar amount. These sessions expire within 6 months of the issue date unless otherwise noted.
If I fail to use the prepaid time by the expiration, this package will become null and void. Every effort will be given by the therapist to help me schedule my appointments in a timely manner to avoid default.
Should the scheduling fail due to the fault of the therapist, an extension will be authorized.

Covid Vaccine & Other Contraindications Policy

Important: Check with the intended recipient to verify it is safe for them to receive massages. Certain health conditions are contraindicated for massage: blood clotting potential, congestive heart failure, kidney failure, and other serious conditions.

Due to potential contraindications, we do not massage individuals who have received the Covid Vaccine. Post-Surgery Patients who have taken this vaccine may still receive treatment from us after an evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse any individual.
