Voice Coaching Monthly Retainer
The following is a service agreement for the monthly voice coaching retainer and is made and entered into by the undersigned parties, you, The Client and Davin Youngs.
In purchasing this package, both parties agree to adhere to the following, to ensure that the terms of this service contract take place.
Scheduling:
Biweekly (every other week) sessions at a routine, agreed upon day and time.
Appointment availability is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and most months will include two sessions while a few may include three due to the calendar.
Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions that are not cancelled with 24 hour notification will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Tardiness to sessions will not be accommodated.

The cost of the package is $1575 paid in installments of $393.75 per every month for four months.
Scheduling:
All nine sessions MUST be scheduled, at the start of the contract.
Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions that are not cancelled with 24 hour notification will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Tardiness to sessions will not be accommodated.
The final session of the package must be completed within 135 days or four and a half months of the first session.
Services:
Coaching services provided by Davin Youngs include functional vocal training, mindfulness coaching, Somatic Voicework™ The LoVetri Method, creative guidance and spiritual direction. Coaching services will not include counseling, directive advice or therapy. While the services provided may address overall voice healthy, goals, projects and specific conditions in The Client’s life or profession, they should not replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, psychology, financial, medical or legal.
Termination:
If necessary and with 14 days’ notice, both parties may terminate this contract. Unused sessions will be refunded at a rate $175 a session, minus credit card fees (2.9%). Bonus sessions and workshops are not included.
Limitation of Liability:
It is understood and agreed that The Consultant will not be liable to The Client, or any agent or associate of The Client, for any mistake or error in judgment, or for any act or omission done in good faith conferred or implied by this Agreement.

Using these tools, I will guide you toward your freest most authentic voice.
