What You Get With Me

• A supportive and experienced voice professional who has logged her 10,000 hours (and then some) as a voice student, a professional singer, and a voice teacher. I get the challenges, I have confetti at the ready for successes, and I know how to work toward goals.
• Coaching package clients get all package perks noted in the confirmation email link.
• All clients get:
  
  • a reminder email 48-hour prior to their appointment, and 24-hour cancellation privileges
  • 24/6 access to me via email or text, with a 24-hour turnaround (I take Sundays off)
  • Access to me via Marco Polo (video chat app)

• The client (that’s you!) is solely responsible for creating their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and their coaching calls and interactions with the Coach (that’s me!).
• The client is solely responsible for scheduling appointment times and utilizing all appointments included in a package. Payments for unused appointments will not be refunded.
• Limited Liability: Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. (AKA… I don’t have a crystal ball and I cannot guarantee that you’ll make crazy amounts of monies or get famous after our work together.) In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

• 1:1 Sessions: No rescheduling or refunds are available if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.
• 1:1 Sessions: You'll get reminder emails 48 hours before your session time. Need to change your session date/time? You can TOTALLY cancel/reschedule IF your appointment is more than 24 hours away.
• Group Sessions or Classes: Because a group element cannot be recreated 1:1, I cannot offer rescheduling or refunds are available for group sessions or classes. Recordings will be available for those who have to miss class.

• Purchasing a self-paced course or product? You’ll have 14 days to request a reason for a refund via email to MeredithColby@icloud.com.
• No refunds are available for individual sessions, group sessions, or classes after our time has concluded. I'll be there for you and give you my all, every time. After that, it's up to you.
• If you have purchased a package and wish to discontinue after the first session, I will reimburse you for the remaining sessions. (Prorated for admin time.) And we can still be friends. To cancel a coaching package, send an email to MeredithColby@icloud.com with your request within 48 hours of your first session.
• If you’ve reserved a package and you change your mind within 48 hours of payment, I will provide a 100% refund.
• It is up to you to schedule appointment times and utilize the appointments included in a package. Payments for unused appointments will not be refunded.

NVM Certification Class

• What certification entails:
  • You agree to attend, in person and in real-time, at least seventeen of the twenty 90-minute Zoom class sessions in order to receive certification.
  • You are responsible for scheduling and attending at least 5 of the 6 in-person 1:1 sessions with Meredith in order to receive certification.
  • You will schedule at least 5 of the 6 in-person sessions with Meredith before the end of the course.
  • You understand that you will be coached on the application of NVM.
  • You are responsible for submitting a 30-minute video of you teaching one or more students NVM principles.
  • In order to receive your certification, you understand that you must:
    • attend at least 17 of the 20 in-person classes
    • take 5 of the 6 private coaching sessions with Meredith included in your tuition fee
    • submit a 30-minute video of you teaching NVM principles
  • You understand that you can reach out to Meredith any time via email or Facebook group with questions or concerns.
• Refund Policy: If you change your mind about the course and would like a refund, you'll receive 95% of your tuition fee back if you cancel at least 10 days prior to the first class. If you cancel between 9 days and 5 days prior to the first day of class, 75% of your tuition fee will be refunded. If you cancel between 4 days and 1 day prior to the first day of class, you'll receive a 50% refund. From the beginning of the 1st class meeting forward, no refunds will be given.
• Don't be a meany: If you're dissatisfied or unhappy about something in the NVM Certification course, you'll reach out to Meredith or to Meredith's VA at Carollee3@gmail.com before taking to social media so we can have an opportunity to make things right.
