The reason why Business Coaching has become so successful is accountability - we work together with you, strategising, motivating, planning and sometimes training you how to improve your business. Then, once agreed, hold you accountable to implement these strategies in the business so you achieve the results you want.

We know our systems work, but it does take participation from you as well.

General Conditions

1.The programme materials you receive are confidential and proprietary, and cannot be used, disclosed or duplicated except within your own company. These materials are unpublished works protected by copyright laws and no unauthorised copying, adaptation, distribution storage or display is permitted.

2.Our services are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless ActionCOACH from and against any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to the subject matter in this document and in the programme.

3.While ActionCOACH we will be providing you with guidance, direction and programme materials, such a role is advisory and not of actually doing the activity itself. You will be primarily accountable for producing the results in the programme. In this way ActionCOACH seeks to educate you in order to make your successful marketing a life-long activity.

4.Consultations can be re-scheduled, but often at the expense of desired times. If you need to reschedule meetings you agree to provide 24 hours’ notice or risk forfeiture of the consultation.

5.From time to time, your licensed ActionCOACH will be required to attend educational workshops and take a vacation and will need to schedule consultations around such times.

6.ActionCOACH reserves the right to replace your any individual licensed ActionCOACH with another coach should it be deemed necessary.

7.ActionCOACH may from time to time, alter the content or structure of the programme as it considers necessary, but at all times ActionCOACH will continue to provide value for money.

8.At the same time as your progress is periodically evaluated through the goal setting consultations, ActionCOACH will (in addition to the regular feedback to your coach) be asking you to evaluate its own performance under this agreement, by asking you to complete normally a monthly questionnaire. This asks you to certify in writing that you are satisfied with the services you have received since the last quarterly report. If you are not fully satisfied with the services you have received (at any stage) we expect you to let us know, so we can work with you to rectify your concerns.

9.You or ActionCOACH, may elect to terminate this agreement at any time upon seven days notice - you may utilise our portal to manage your own subscription and cancellation.

10.This agreement is the entire agreement between you and ActionCOACH, all prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.

11.This agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

12.If any law imposes a change in the nature of a goods, services, consumption, value added or similar tax which is to assessed or payable on any of the moneys which the Client must pay ActionCOACH then this is payable by the client to ActionCOACH when it is due for payment.
